Make sure you find an agent that is experienced dealing with investors. If you know other investors ask for reconmendations agents they have worked for that area.

I think you are better off with hiring an attorney. The reason is they will to help you with the minutes that you might to provide and other types of fillings that you might have to do. You don't want to do something to lose your corporate veil.

I have a question I'm crushing for dollars. Most of the area is new development where i live has an hoa. Is there any other signs I have to look for when looking for vacant homes?
