Can someone hook me up with some good meetups? I live in the Poconos and work in the Lehigh valley. I can make meetings anywhere in between. 

I signed up for a Than Merrill real state investing class (Free) in Bethlehem, Pa. Just looking for feedback. If its a waste of time or not etc. I know there will up selling etc. But if there is something to be learned, what the heck. 

I am in the middle of rehabbing two units in Lehighton right now. Values are on the way up in those areas.

I only use the app for reading thru the forums. Thats only because thats all i can on it. It needs a lot work. I Love BP though.

I have looked for a meet up and haven't had any luck. If you guys are interested let's start one up. I can't believe with the amount industry and rental properties that there aren't meet ups. I am going to crack the Lehigh Valley market one way or another.

I feel like the Lehigh Valley is a hot market and a great place to invest but i never see anyone on BP talking about it. Anyone know where the wholesalers are in Bethlehem/Allentown. I feel like this is the place I want invest. 

Thank you for the replies. There are window units that where left behind. Its an old duplex (1890) in good shape, has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. I really want good tenants and i want it rented quick. I am worried that it may be something else that could go wrong.
