TVA-REI Club on Meetup!

you should check out our meet up in Boise.  We are active in getting all different kinds of investors in the room to talk about what they do and what is working in the local Idaho market.  We have flippers, rehabbers, BRRRR, wholesalers, syndicators, realtor, newbies, and seasoned pro's.  It's always a valuable time of networking and learning.

@Adam Fleck  Apparently what you thought we should say about our new group being formed was not allowed in this particular area.  So I have moved the conversation to the Marketplace Forum under events and happenings so there is where we can continue to talk about the thing that we can not talk about here.  @Kory McCain you should join us over there....

Hello Everyone.  We are definitely in the Boise area and have been for over 40 years.  We are very heavily involved in construction and development and always willing to help.  Lets connect!!!

@Greg Clark unless your substrate is not sound I would do the easiest thing you can to make it look right.  There is no reason to spend all the time to take all the interior material off when you can simply deal with the small area you have removed.
