you'll find that most of the people running baltimore city are ignorant indifferent incompetents lucky to have ever found a job doing anything better than cleaning toilets. As a result, the only way to get a real answer is to look at the law/zoning code/building code directly. Then you'll be able to tell the people charged with inspecting your house how to do their job.

Greg S. Im not blinded by pride, and understand all too well the inner-workings as well as how to manipulate them to my advantage. Saying that, there exists a policy in this situation where a tenant is legally authorized to live in a rental while not paying rent. The law states with no ambiguity that this policy is false. Must be fought

Brad Blickenstaff doing your job correctly and entirely, not nickel and diming owners to death, being accountable for errors. Aka...only what self managing can give you.

Speaking English to Spanish translator. Talk any major language in, translated to any major language desired spoken out. Never again will a mexican talk without me understanding, nor will i speak and be misinterpreted/misunderstood by a mexican. Big win.

4 furnaces instead of 1. And Forget boilers. Water is every landlords arch enemy. I hate it so much i wont drink water in pure form in protest. And f*+# fish if they don't like it.

Largest private landlord in baltimore city. 500 units owned, 700 managed. Well respected. Probably expensive to borrow from, but not going to get burned.
