How is the market in Ohio? Looking for anyone that’s done some flips in Ohio and I’d like to hear there experience and if it is profitable and how long are homes on the market out there? what’s the capital gain taxes like down there?

I am a contractor and I work with great contractors I have been thinking about building a house from the ground up and I would really love an opportunity to talk with somebody who has done this before and I’d like to know all of the costs associated with doing this and about how much I should expect to spend and how hard is it as far as planning and development permit’s etc. I don’t know anything about this process any information is very helpful thank you

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Tacoma.

Purchase price: $190,000
Sale price: $360,000

I enjoyed this project. Updated everything on the interior and exterior minus new siding. Project did have much bumps in the road just an all around good and easy going flip. Bathrooms turned out great!! Property sold within one week!
