I have bad credit, low bank statement income/w2 income, and I have 50k. Where can I get hard money?

I’m wondering if I purchase a house that needs work let’s say I purchase it for 100,000 and the tax assessment value is 125,000 there’s nothing owed on the house could I purchase the house and then get a line of credit using the property to find the rehab?

I'm a remodel contractor, I've been doing the work for five years. My work is top quality, my prices are low budget. This is a lot to offer right?? I do the work myself and manage the full project. I'm trying to leverage that and find funding partner(s), to find my deals for a 50/50 split. Can I find a potential partner like this at a REI meet up?? Do people like this actually exist and how could I get them on my team?? Any input is helpful. Thank you.
