Hello, I’m trying to get my foot in the game and gain capital by taking up wholesaling. I’m in a good position to take it up as I am a contractor and have knowledge of real estate. I’m looking to see if someone who is or was an experienced wholesaler and is willing and interested in possibly being my mentor, someone I can call or text or maybe even meet up every now and then to ask or reach out about things. Maybe someone in Washington state. Anyone o there??

I'm looking for cash partners that want to put there money to work.
