I agreeChris Masons . By the time the reconnection fee is paid then any money he may have saved would be gone, maybe only gaining a few dollars. IMO, I wouldn't even bother.

I think what you are doing is a great first stepBob R. . I think that is one of the great things about BP. When you encounter many different situations-which you will most definitely encounter while investing-you can just present it on the forum and many people will chime in and give advice. As you sort through the advice, it will give you some direction for which you can follow. I just want to say that you're heading in the right direction by getting the advice before you made the decision. Hope you found everything that these nice folks said to be useful:-)

Very good information here, and I have learned a lot. I came to this thread because I was asking many of the same questions here, and a lot has been clarified. Thanks a lot to all of you for the input.

Before I created my website, I looked at many other investors websites pertaining to wholesaling (that is the purpose of my site), and I created a site that used a lot of the combined attributes from the other sites. I used wix.com to create my site, and it came out looking pretty decent at a very reasonable price. I think once you decide on what the purpose will be for having the site, then you can get examples from other sites that are inline with your goals. Hope this helps you@Sidney Stewart
