Can I hire an appraiser to let me know how much the home will be valued after the repairs are done, before I actually by the house? Can this be a part of my due diligence?
In order for me to do a brrrr, does the property need to be 100% vacant?
How can I truly find out what the ARV is going to be?

Greetings. I have $50k to invest and I'm interested in BRRRR. I've been doing my research on it but I don't fully understand the concept....do I put down 25%, and follow the BRRRR protocol? Help me understand.

Hey y’all! I’m am about to purchase home # 2 (a 3 family home) house-hacking. I am thinking about my long terms plans and I am simply trying to figure out the best route to scale. What strategies are YOU using to scale? I can’t house hack forever. What’s a good strategy to scale and get cash flow?

I am currently setting up a rental listing with cozy. Cozy gives you a rental report analysis on what they recommend on setting the rent price. Should I trust this report and set my rent price based off Cozy’s report? I want to make sure I am not lowballing myself as well as overcharging for rent and losing potential tenants. Pls lmk.

Greetings. I am getting ready to purchase my second home and will be continuing my house hacking strategy. My current home came with the tenants and they have been stellar. I didn’t have to go looking for tenants. But my new home has 0 tenants. Can someone list out the steps that I must do in order to get my units rented out? I’ll have 3 units to rent out and I’d like to have them all rented out by August 1. Pls help.
