Also, is your DTI is high, then you have to Close in an LLC, you can't Close in your personal name.

@Quentin RCollins - assuming this is a SFH SPEC build? If so, we finance SPEC builds on a regular basis, both single unit and multiple/subdivisions. Happy to chat and provide some guidance.

Also, credit, liquidity, land entitlements are all going to be very important.

@Joshua Mitchell - financing shouldn't be an issue. The roadblocks are going to be your MF/Condo build experience and also liquidity (which I don't know what you have). Even though you've built a SFH and Church, it's not MF.

Will the GC JV with you on this deal (assuming this GC has a resume' of MF builds)?
