Yes to DSCR, all the way. You can have 1,000 properties in your Portfolio, and it won't impact your personal credit score or personal DTI. However, you MUST always close in an LLC moving forward. This is for both tax and liability purposes. In fact, if/whenever you refinance your current 3, refi them into an LLC.

@Edgar Rodriguez - max leverage on purchase of an STR is 80%. Points vary from 2-3, and rate varies from mid 7's to mid 8's fixed for 30 years.
