Hi Dennis.  We are ATL based, and can certainly help you with the financing piece; however, you're going to have to significantly relax your buy-box parameters, as you'll be waiting a long time for exactly what you are looking for, lol.  What you are looking for is a unicorn deal, and even if they do come available, the experience investors will gobble them up in minutes.

Angela, that's great with the small multi. If you aren't getting any traction with credit unions, then consider our DSCR lenders for STR. Yes, rates are high in the 8's now, but unfortunately, that's the market we are in. But, real estate doesn't stop because the rates are high:)

From what I'm hearing/reading, they might be underwriting this dscr loan as a conventional loan. Not sure who the lender is, but sounds like this loan will impact your personal DTI, is this correct? If so, for future reference, you should work with DSCR lenders whose loans don't report to the personal credit bureaus, and thus negatively impacting your DTI.
