@Shabreya Bangura You can sign up as a telemarketer on donotcall.gov and pull down five area codes for free. Simply compare your numbers to the list and you'll have you answer. area codes are $69 each after 5.

@Hunter Ambos for the list you purchased from list source, how did you add phone numbers to your list? Or are you looking up phone numbers separately?

The amount of verified phone numbers has been around 5% for me when trying to purchase the list.

@Richard Morris Jr. Sounds like you're trying to determine the value of a property you want to buy. This could be just finding 3 properties that recently sold that are close in type and location to the property you are evaluating.

If you're looking for a formal appraisal, then you have to hire an appraiser.

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for lenders in Woodbridge, VA. Does anyone's have recommendations on people or businesses that are good for lending on foreclosures?

I'm looking for general information and connections. This is not for a specific property yet.

Sincerely,

Sina Simingalam

@Elford Stephens I was scared of termites as well, but as others have mentioned, they're treatable and great to negotiate on.

@Wayne Brooks contractors can get paid until the last day of their contract then they won't get paid and they don't get back pay

@Chase Gibson if you have to ask the question, you already know the answer. My 2 cents.

@Harley Tigreros You should be able to find the public notice of the foreclosure that'll give loan amount owed and, if it does go to foreclosure, you can buy it at auction (if it's within the specified time period for public notice)
