Have you used a skip tracing company to find the phone numbers/email addresses of the owners?

You can definitely find a skip tracing company that can get your accurate information for the LLCs. It's a double skip process. We look up the registered agent or manager of the LLC first and then skip that person to get you accurate information on that contact. Let me know if you have any questions.

if you have the addresses and owners' names (public record) you can send the list to a skip tracing company to return to you landline/wireless numbers and email addresses. If you need any recommendations let me know.

You can pull names from public records and then skip trace the names/addresses to get phone numbers (landlines and wireless as well as email addresses). I think you need to check out other skip tracing companies that have no long term commitments, low costs per skip, and excellent customer service.
