Find a Skip Tracing Services that does not have a high priced long term contracts. There are services that have low minimums of as few as 6 records for skipping at a time and even have a referral program so you can earn credits for referring others. Utilize a skip tracing company to get landline/mobile numbers and email addresses. You can submit lists for a small fee per record. We have a great hit rates and an affiliate program.

That's what we do when we look to contact LLCs and Trusts. The Secretary of State is amazing and then you could also try WikiCorporate or Open Corporates to find the manager/member/registered agent. Once you find the person behind the LLC/Trust then you can find the contact info for the person. I'd love to share my experience doing this exact tasks for my business.
