LLCs can be a trickier process on those. We double skip LLCs and Trusts. First skip is to find the principle and then second skip is to find that principal's contact info and we don't charge any extra.

Hey Scott, many owners of multi family apartments can be set up in LLCs or trusts, just just know that skip tracing can be a trickier process on those. We double skip LLCs and Trusts. First skip is to find the principle and then second skip is to find that principal's contact info and we don't charge any extra.

Find a Skip Tracing Services that does not have a high priced long term contracts. There are services that have low minimums of as few as 6 records for skipping at a time and even have a referral program so you can earn credits for referring others. Customer service should be another consideration.

Utilize a skip tracing company to get landline/mobile numbers and email addresses. You can submit lists for a small fee per record. We have a great hit rates and an affiliate program.

@Jeffrey Donis is spot on. 
That's what we do when we look to contact LLCs and Trusts. The Secretary of State is amazing and then you could also try WikiCorporate or Open Corporates to find the manager/member/registered agent. Once you find the person behind the LLC/Trust then you can find the contact info for the person. I'd love to share my experience doing this exact tasks for my business. You can try using www.truepeoplesearch.com and do a reverse lookup.
