There are many services, but some are far superior with customer services! ;) Make sure to find one without monthly membership commitments, flexible pricing, and an awesome affiliate referral program!

There are several skip tracing companies that can assist you getting the numbers (landline, wireless and even email addresses) for the property owners. Look into a company that doesn't have a require monthly subscription as well as excellent customer service to walk you through the process of skip tracing a list of addresses if you have any questions along the way.

You are right, there are quite a few companies and the prices do vary. I would suggest a company without long term contracts, variable pricing based on volume and excellent customer service to help walk you through the process if you have any questions along the way. ;)

If you have a name and address you can utilize a skip trace service to find landline, cell phone and even email contact information. Use a company that doesn't have long term contracts to try it out. Let me know if you have any questions.

@Matt Keller Gotcha. Are you skipping mostly individual homeowners or LLCs?

@Matt Keller What platform are you going to using this data for (texting, cold calling)? Some of the skip tracing companies send back data in a way that you can just delete the landlines and only have the mobile numbers leftover. Just curious, are you concerned that you will be paying for numbers that you won't use?

Try skiptracing the names/addresses. Can get landline/wireless numbers and email addresses.
