@Account Closed How much are you skip tracing? If you're spending $$$ thousands of dollars on skip tracing that COULD be something to consider but the cost of skip tracing is so cheap that I can't imagine that it would make much sense. I own a skip tracing company and if you're offering JV in exchange for services I would be interested to hear what the rest of your acquisitions process looks like. Let me know.

@Melissa B. what are you currently using for skip tracing? You could probably get 50-100 searches a month for less than $20/mon. I can share my experience with skip tracing if that would help. Let me know!

Hey @Michael Williams LLCs and Trust can be tricky and require what's call a "Double Skip" where you have to skip the LLC first to find the manager/member/registered agent and then skip a second time to find the contact info for that manager. Some companies charge more for this service so be sure to ask when interviewing them. Let me know if you want to chat about it more and I can share my experience with Skip Tracing.

What exactly are you looking for in an API? We recently took on a Commercial Education client out of the midwest that skips large amounts of LLCs and Trusts for their clients/students and we're creating an API for them.

Let me know what you're looking for and we can figure out a solution.

@Summer Cherry @Landon Bleau What program are you using for your email delivery? We have several larger clients that use the email results they get from us (Best Skip Tracer) and they are having a lot of success with a high level of accuracy and deliverability. You have to be careful not to just throw the email results from ANY skip trace provider in a mass email because your account could get flagged as spam if there is a high level of deliverability errors.
