You should look into REVA Global. I have built my companies on the backs of their VAs. They are highly skilled, trained and managed. @Alyson Anderson it all depends on what you have setup for them to consume. My VAs are typically up and running after a day or two. I make a bunch of videos of myself doing what I want them to do and drop it in a google folder.
