You should look into REVA Global. I have built my companies on the backs of their VAs. They are highly skilled, trained and managed. They have done everything from managing my text message campaigns, cold calling, social media and basic admin tasks. I tried saving money to hire the cheaper VAs but it was always a constant turnover and instead of doing the work myself I found myself micromanaging the VA. REVA Global is an actual business that attracts the highest quality VAs in the Philippines so the talent pool is the best I've experienced. I have been with them for 5 years now! @Alyson Anderson it all depends on what you have setup for them to consume. My VAs are typically up and running after a day or two. I make a bunch of videos of myself doing what I want them to do and drop it in a google folder.
