hello all,
I was wondering if any of you knew a good eviction lawyer that is not over priced and will get the job done. The property in question is located in the city of Los Angeles. any referrals would be greatly appreciated.
Also wondering what the typical rate for an eviction is going for in my area?
Thanks

I understand exactly how you feel. I live in southern California and it is just a rat race out here. I've thought about moving but for now I just decided to invest out of state and so far it has been going pretty well. now if an opportunity presented itself I might take everything and run from this place.

If she has other people living there that are not on the lease then those people are not allowed to live there per your lease and per section 8. you could send her a letter telling her you will have to report the illegal tenants to the housing authority. she wont like this because she could end up loosing her section 8. most people cant afford to lose there section 8 voucher and maybe this will straighten her up.

good morning all,
I'm looking into a potential property and I wanted to get some feedback on polybutylene pipes because I don't know much about them. The duplex I am looking at has these. should I avoid homes with these pipes?
