good morning all,
I'm looking into a potential property and I wanted to get some feedback on polybutylene pipes because I don't know much about them. The duplex I am looking at has these. should I avoid homes with these pipes?

Good morning all,
I am looking into getting a property manager and I wanted some input:
PM Collects one months rent as her fee, no monthly percentage.
No start up fee
Sending to collections $50.00
Evictions: $75.00
Litigation: $60.00
Lease renewal: $150.00
Overseeing outside maintenance or repairs: $20.00 per hour
Owner handles delivery of utility payments
Not sure if this is normal practice but
AGENT shall receive and retain all TENANT application fees, non-sufficient fund bank fees, move out inspection fees, non-payment fees, non-payment delivery notice fees, termination fees, unused pet fees and late fees charged to tenant and enforced by AGENT’S lease agreement.
Any advice on what I should be looking for would help.
Thank you

Good morning,
I'm interested in a property in Idaho and it has an addition that may not be permitted. I know in California that this addition if unpermitted does not count towards the square footage. I was told that in Idaho this is not as big of a deal and it is counted towards the square footage.
Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks,
Devin

Hello all,
I was wondering what the best way is to view a potential out of state investment when I am unable to physically see it.
Do you ask the realtor to videotape the property and create a virtual tour?
Is it best to have them take lots of pictures?
Any tips that others use to acquire property without physically walking through it would help.
Thank you
