@Mitch Larrivee great post. I've only done one flip, but my main goal is multi family buy n hold. So being inexperience, I would love to find a mentor/coach that is willing to work with me being new, but I also have a lot of motivation and want to succeed amd learn. I would love to hear what you end up doing as far as getting a coach or a mentor or nothing at all. Great success to you!
