@Cory, to me the best way is to participate in the meet ups. I met many investors that way. Of course BiggerPockets is a great way too and I personally think the PRO membership is worthwhile since it shows people that you are serious.

It’s a new tenant that we screened and has been there about two months.  Things are going smoothly so far.

Hello everyone. I owned a rental property out of state (stone mountain, GA), but bought it sight unseen. I am visiting Atlanta for business and will sneak out to visit the property during lunch break. The property manager arranged it so that I’ll go there by myself when the tenant is there to greet me. What questions should I ask the tenant to maximize the knowledge gain from this visit? Thank you very much!

David Ribardo is great. I strongly recommend him.

Hi Folks,

Can anyone recommend a property manager in the Lehigh Valley/Allentown PA area? Just looking for a few names and positive recommendations.

Thanks,

Steve

Roberto, the best way to meet and know people from the areas you are interested in is to go to the local REIA meetings or through other meet up groups. I know that you live in NY and it may be hard for you, but nothing replaces the face to face interactions.

It also depends on where in NJ you are looking at. Where I am it’s almost impossible to find multi family. I personally believe overall PA is much better to invest in, unless you want to house hack and you live / work in Jersey.
