Hey Folks wanted to get a feedback if some got trained or learnt from Phil Pustejovsky as a mentor.  Also in Maryland market is the wholesale busines drying as more houses in the inventory than buyers and more inventory build up for the east coast. With more houses won't the investor be less inclined to get from a wholesaler as there is more house that he can negotiate and grab at a bargain.  Please advise.

Thanks all for your promo response this is a great community for feedback. So seems like the First millionaire training by Josh n Cody is a collapsed version with extracts from Fast track.  I was wondering I'd anyone out there used the First millionaire training out in the field and is effective specially for East coast markets likely MD due to a forecasting shakeout in the RE markets on the east . Thanks

It will be interesting to see if the training remains high quality.

Hey All-

Just wanted to check if anyone got Josh Altmana and Cody Sperber First Million in Real Estate and if so did it work and is it a good training program with a good niche technolgy edge training priced for $518.

Also there us Cody Sperber Fast track he sells for $295.  Trying to see which program is good and more successful to know the right way and smarter techniques.

Thank you for sharing great insights.  I just been on this site and am learning a lot.

Hi Aaron-

The question with the Lazy millionare system is it dictates how can fish for motivated seller using the automated deal finder/ data cruncher and anaylze using dela analyzer and then even be able to connect to invester all through one system. But does the system real works, has anyone in BP used it within the 6mn-1 yr and will it work in todays economy to be able to STILL do wholesale deals.  Unfortunately the internet is full of gurus syaing their system is better and faster any anyone can work it.  But we know you can be lazy when pursuing Real estate there is always needs to be leg work or else the Guru will be keeping to themselves and let their team bring all the deals to their office.

Has anyone recently used the Commando technique in 2015 and has worked with all the Google tech changes.  Also can you apply this technique on a free web site page created as a squeezr page to capture leads. Does this address lead generation and filtering via Zillow and Craigslist and such.

How can I get a free review on the product.
