I'm an investor here in Lawrence and am dabbling at wholesaling just as a way to find my own buy-and-hold properties but am a big believer in working with wholesalers. There's another member here locally that might be good for you to talk to and a few others who aren't BP members yet but may be soon. We've actually been discussing getting a local networking group together of folks with complimentary strengths (wholesalers, contractors, agents, investors, property managers, etc.). Happy to talk to you about being a part of the network. 

I'm looking for good property management companies. I know this is an OP forum but am looking for managers in several communities throughout NE Kansas (as far west as Junction City, South to Emporia, east to eastern burbs of KCMO, and north to St. Joe). It could be different companies for each community. Who do you use and like?
