To clarify I have a team of market researchers and skip tracers working on this alongside me. If there's a stone you think was left un-turned, believe me we've turned it over a dozen times. I am just asking if there's someone local who knows about this property

@Aaron K. I am aware of when it was sold and it is ok because I do want to discuss something else with them. I have called the lawyer, prior owner etc. That is why I am on here asking if there is anyone with local knowledge of the matter because there's nothing left for me to lookup or call unless someone with local insider knowledge can point me in the right direction

@Tommy Spijkers I did call the lawyer, and to no surprise he was not open to sharing anything with me

@Aaron K. The owner of the LLC would be defacto the owner of the property. That is who I would need to speak to regarding anything to do with the property. The LLC is nothing but a vehicle for the owner to control his or her property.

The assessor does not have an owner address (it's just the property address) and the property level knows nothing. Basically I have already exhausted every avenue available and I skip-trace for a living. That's why I am on here asking if anyone has any local knowledge about it.

@Aaron K. I know that the LLC is the same name as the property. I am looking for the *owner* of the llc - the actual owner. The OH SOS does not give any more info than the attorney who filed the Articles of Organization.

Hello BP. I turn to you today because for the life of me I cannot figure out who owns a 69 unit multifamily property called Pinnacle Dayton on 1610 Woodman Drive Dayton OH 45432. Has *anyone* heard of this property and know *anything* about it?

I have tried the assessor, recorder, SOS, and even calling the prior owner.

@Aaron K. it's not Pinnacle. I've also tried the assessor and it has no useful or accurate info. I tried the recorder and the SOS. There's no loan to lookup. I even tried calling the previous owner. There is no information or address that gives me a lead on the ownership.
