Hey guys, so I've been seeing a lot of kitchens (both new and refurbished) with no hardware on the doors and drawers. Is this a new trend? I'm guessing it's to add a more sleek and modern look and to also give the buyer the option to choose the hardware. I personally prefer hardware on but am interested to hear your thoughts...thanks.

Russell Brazil thanks so much, Russell. I'll be sure to attend the next meet up. In just the short time that I've been searching for deals I can definitely see that Montgomery County is a tough market for flips. Thanks again.

Hey guys, I'm a newbie in the DC metro market. Anybody in the DC area have any advice for someone just starting out? What's been your biggest challenge in this specific market? I'm interested in Buy & Hold and Fix & Flip. I've lived in the area for 3 years so still getting a feel for the market.

I know this is kind of a vague ask but any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!
