I came across a company called Miracle Method. Anybody ever used them? Waiting for an offer.

I need to refinish a tile shower. Will have to last 4-6 years. I was told that acrylic paint might be an option. However somebody else told me that the paint will start peeling.

Do you have any experience?

It is a little short notice ... I am still in a meeting, but I will try to rush over there once I am done here.

Daily notices are not instant.

I want instant notices, but only one until I visit the side. I follow 12 forums and 11 of these offer that setting.

(Why would I want a nunch of e-mails while I am in a meeting.)

Thanks. Let me try that. I thought that daily messages were not instant and that I would not get multiple messages per day when updates (that I did read) were posted.

I am getting notices from BiggerPockets when something is posted in a subscribed subject. I like this.

However, is there a setting that I do not get 10 messages when 10 postings are done, but just one until I visit the page and then the next one after I visited?

This is what other forums offer and I used this everywhere.

Thank you @Daniel Miller for your opinion about Clearwater. I live here since 14 years and invest in SFR. For me this has been a wonderful place to invest, esecially during the last 2 years but I certainly respect your view.

There is a lot going on regarding downtown Clearwater, like the new theater, the aquarium and the marina and lots of real estate projects. As far as I know, this is all not connected to Scientology.

I don’t mind people moving here, if real estate prices keep going up ;-.)

Oh, I forgot: Yesterday got a check from them. Fedex overnight.

The check was in the amount of $0.01.

After we closed with them on 3/17 they are still e-mailing me that they will soon give us the code to our house. If we hadn't "broken" into our own house, we would still be waiting.
