Call Imperial Flooring Distributors.  They're off 410/Eisenhower.

@Account Closed That's the problem isn't it.  They all want their hand held and can't get past their own head and do what needs to be done.  I've taken the opposite position lately.  I've got people that want to learn, so I have them pony up money for the deal and then walk them through it.  They pay a lot more attention when their money is on the line.

If you ever want another one down in SA give me ring =)

Where ever it is...we need to make sure to take advantage of the town.  I love visiting new places and taking the time to experience it.  I gained probably 10 lbs just eating in NOLA but it was my third time there just this year so I knew where I wanted to go =)

I had* USAA last time we had a hail storm on my personal property.  They will send out an adjuster pretty quick.  Once I got the numbers from the adjuster I just called my Roof Guy. Chasen 909.810.8694  He took care of the rest.  He does all my roofs on my properties and is a stand up guy.  Tell him I sent you.

@Sandy Morales

I've got a duplex, and working on a FULL rehab on a four-plex here in San Antonio.  Plus I own a couple of single families.  I'm happy to help with any questions about SA.

The big ones are AlamoREI and SanAntonioREI. Both have websites and facebook pages for info. I know AlamoREI has meetings pretty frequently.

Or shoot me a PM and we could do lunch. Not sure where you're from but there is much better food than the Riverwalk =)
