I would say the Colony and Lewisville have the most potential as they are currently developing quickly and priced less outrageous than the other cities.

There is not a downside to disclosure. Being an agent will have the ability to research more about the property. If you lose a deal due to diclosing the fact you are an agent, it's probably a deal not worth having.

Not really. You just have to disclose you are a real estate agent. Only downside is the expense of maintaining a license.

I would say Plano is the better market because of the all the big business headquarters are being moved to Plano. However Plano is far more expensive compare to Denton. All the areas in Plano are pretty good.

If you sign an agreement, that means you will be committed using that agent until the day ends in the contract. It's different upon every agent. I don't see the need for representation agreement because if the agent is doing a good job, the client won't need to look for another agent anyway.

There are some multi families property that are in good district. I wouldn't consider what the others are saying and stick to your own investment plan.
