Hi BP Community, 
I have a full time job and also invest in real estate as a buy and hold investor. I have 8 doors and currently growing my portfolio. Wanted to start a side hustle as a real estate agent. I don't want to quit my full time job because I love what I do. Wanted to get some feedback/advice from someone who is currently a real estate agent on the side. Wanted to know how difficult it is. Can one be successful being an agent part time? Any challenges or advice someone can share?

Going to be putting together a seller financing contract between the seller and myself and was hoping if someone could give me some pointers on what do include and not to include in the contract. seller financing is new to me so any help would be extremely appreciated. Happy to read blogs and such as well. The seller asked me to present a contract so I want to make sure this contract won't be a turnoff for the seller.

I am new to the West Palm Beach, Florida area and am looking for a tax strategist/CPA that specializes in Real Estate. Hi BP family,

Started talking with a friend of mine about a possible partnership so that we can buy a mid-sized apartment building. This friend stated that his brother is interested into coming together for a deal as well. I never met the brother and was looking into getting advice from you all. The scenario now is that I will be going into a partnership with two brothers. Wanted to see if there are others that were, or are currently in a similar partnership. I am also interested to know how one would structure a partnership as well since this is a new concept for all of us. Any good reads out there?

Hi everyone, thanks for reaching out. Alot of issues came up during the inspection and I readjusted the purchase price to fit what the house needed in work, but they did not take my offer. Ended up puchasing a duplex in a much nicer neighborhood, which I am still house hacking.
