What Up BP! Is there book or guide as to how to train your VA's step by step? I need one for speaking to sellers efficiently, and another for advertising, mailings, data entry. I appreciate it! Hope you guys are killing it!

@Chaz Reid Thanks! I appreciate that. I have my yellow letters and post cards set, just looking for a follow up offer letter temp. I Have heard a couple of people saying it's worked wonders for them. 

@Chaz Reid Never guess! I use comps, drive the neighborhood, and I know what my buyers will pay for properties in certain areas. A letter will be add to my follow up sequence.
