I would create a resume and include references. If you have a linkedin include that as well.

I have a meeting with a potential seller of a 9 unit building here in San Antonio. It was a bandit sign lead and when discussing the SFR he is wanting to sell, I also found out he owns the 9 unit building as well. He owes very little on the Mortgage and just wants to get rid of it. I don't know how to estimate the value of a commercial property and if anyone locally has any experience with wholesaling small apartments, your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello BP,

I am located in San Antonio. I just started doing direct mail in this area but i also want to drive for dollars and get familiar with the neighborhoods. Looking for vacant and distress properties of course. Any suggestions on what areas to drive through? Thanks!

You will be getting both. When your purchase your list you will see where is says residence (owners actual address) and a line that says Property which is the home they own in the area you are in.  As for your first question, I think it depends on your search criteria. I just always click it. Good ahead and purchase your list and get started, don't let that snag you up. Best of luck, hope you find some good deals.
