This is so interesting Ketan!  For me personally, it's been the limiting beliefs.  What do you see seems to be biggest issue?

Hi Fili, Are you just looking to find a boots on the ground person for property management?  What are you wanting them to do?

Hi Tyler, Congrats on graduating!  I'd say everyone's situation is going to be a little different.  The biggest thing is to make sure you have some kind of income or savings to live off in the next few months.  Unemployment is going through the rough so make sure you have some kind of funds as back up.

Now is a great time to keep learning, networking (especially online with all of these zoom meetups going on!), and planning for the future.

If you are financially in a strong place, I'd also encourage you to start looking at some deals to gain practice in analyzing to get ready to jump if anything juicy pops up.

What kind of goals are you looking to accomplish in the near future?

Hi Shane!  This is super tough with COVID19 changing everything so quickly.  Have you had a chance to speak with a lawyer that specializes in tenant/landlord law?

Hi Daniel!  Yes, every city is a little different, but generally speaking, you'll find the best resource to be auction.com and then typing in which city you'd like to start with.  Sales are conducted with a solid mix of both in-person and online depending on the property itself.  Auction.com will specify the dates and whether or not it's online or in-person in the Auction Dates column when you search.

Best of luck in your search Daniel!

@Valentin Diaz No problem at all!

Hi Brennan,  I'm with Patti on this one.  You're best bet is probably talking it over with an attorney in the area.  I know a lot of real estate investors who use Shaheen Law Firm if you need one! Thomas and the entire Shaheen team are great to work with.
