I have recently been contracting a good bit of Subject To deals, but have been having a hard time finding other investors who were willing to pick them up. I know that the equity is the most important factor, but if the ROI is great, and the purpose of the Sub 2 is a long term buy and hold strategy shouldn't that make the formula more flexible, since the equity would build faster with a higher ROI? Curious to opinions on this situation

Is anyone looking for rehab projects in South Carolina currently?  If so what areas and what would the numbers need to look like?
