@Marcus Maloney It has been said already, but you can never have enough details written about the "money" aspect of "bird dogging" which should encompass the potential for money earned and money spent (costs).

Your idea to write this book on bird dogging is fantastic and it seems like a subject matter that doesn't have a lot written on it! Best of luck!

A little side note, the @Account Closed bullets posted above are great. You can do them all and find your own success, or take bits and pieces from the bullets to apply to your own situation. Either way, a lot of great advice in a succinct manner.

A great way to build a list of REI books and related subjects is to pull-up each Podcast's show notes, and in the show notes will be the favorite book(s) mentioned by the person being interviewed. (or you can listen to every Podcast and write down the books mentioned)

It's a quick way to develop an extensive list of some of the best real estate and business literature out there. Hope this helps.
