He is one the best examples of this and a great guy! Even if you can only get to a couple a year its better than none. Very interesting @Tim VandenToorn and that is very thorough. Sounds like a good company you are running on the west side. Eventually I will be investing over on that side of the state and will definitely have you in mind to manage the properties!
