Post: A Question on Follow Up on MLS Deals

BP, Ok peeps, I've been grinding on the MLS for a few months now, dealing offers like the dickens, but I haven't been doing any follow up. Should I follow up with the agents? How do you do it? The reason I ask is because I notice that a few of these houses that I made offers on a few months ago are still there! And they were at least >90 days then.

But the email would be in each listing?

BP, Does MLS access give you better access to agents' emails?

Hello all,

I am in the process of trying to wholesale this property off of the MLS and the agent is asking me to sign a "Title Work Survey Order Form." I know that no one can give legal advice and none of this will be taken as such, but does anyone know what this form is? Any help would be much appreciated.

No problem. The Investing Mastery Podcast is good too, Joe McCall talks about it a lot.

Mailing weekly doesn't even give time to get the return mail back. i'd rethink your strategy- unless you find it working. If that's the case, i'm opening to learning. What sort of call backs are you getting after each mailing.

Right now, the response rate is about 3%. Keep in mind that we are talking about very low volume here too.
