Hi Brady, our company wholesales in Southern Indiana. Primarily Vanderburgh, Warrick & surrounding counties. To find other wholesalers what I would do it's Google phrases like, "we buy houses (enter city or county)", "cash offer in (enter city or county)" etc etc. I would also look out for bandit signs in your area of choice and call those. Check Facebook Market place & zillow for post such as "Handyman Special", "Investmetor Special" etc. Then hop on the phone and have a quick phone call with those people/companies. You'll find some deals. If you'd like to connect give me a shout.
