Hello BP!

I am looking for an attorney that is very familiar with assignments and double closings in the Albany ny area. I will be cold calling real estate attorneys tomorrow but I first decided to post here.

Hello all!!!

My name is Adam and I am new to BP. A little bit about myself I am 28 years old, I was born and raised in Albany (very familiar with the area) and graduated from SUNY Albany in 2011. I work for the City of Albany and currently finishing up my real estate license. I came across wholesaling a month ago and  I am educating myself on a daily basis.I recently started wholesaling properties and currently I am looking for rehabbers in the Albany NY area. I am offered properties everyday from distressed sellers looking to get out of their current property due to my job.

I had a long descriptive post but had to edit this post. My question is does anyone know of any attorneys in the albany NY area familiar with assignments and double closings?
