Type the @ (whatever that is called), and begin to type the first name. After a few letters some names will appear on the bottom of the box you are typing in. Just click on the name you want and it's inserted.
It took me a while to figure it out. If I can figure it out, most anyone can!
What do you mean by easier? Less money per deal? Less effort?

I would think that depending how far along you are on the project would determine if this is possible. A conventional buyer probably won't be able to get a mortgage on a half completed property. That would leave you to cash buyers which will want the property at a discount.
