Hello @Rico Stewart my company holds and brokers for sellers who hold in that area. Once you do your homework and know exactly what you want to move on maybe we can connect.

Lots of activity on this thread already, that lets you know that Detroit is BACK!! I love it because the market does so well. We have times where we scramble for inventory for about a week or so but, when it hits WE are the only ones with it or those we send the lists out to. Answer from me as an investor and one who brokers for oversea investors, YES its is worth it. And as @Haseeb Awanstated it all depends. What's your exit strategy when you invest? PM me, lets work!

@Elon C. My company brokers and/or holds properties in several markets in the US. Most of which are unlisted. Lets chat, I may be able to assist you with finding unlisted properties. PN, NPN, CFD, or REO in general. Message me

Hello Nick, my company brokers for many vendors. I would suggest Detroit to start with if you are going to flip. I agree that Detroit, just like any other big city, you have to evaluate block by block. However we do have properties throughout Michigan. If interested PM me and we can chat more about what you are looking for.

Hello Dennis,  I have serious buyers throughout The city. I can help you move the product as long as its in the farm of what my buyers want. PM me lets chat
