@Brent Maxwell We have inventory in east english village that are cash sold on QCD and others sold on LC to our owner occupants. 

@Keith Jourdan ok, if ever you or your buyers/investors are interested our company has inventory around wayne county. Right now we are working on moving a 9pack of performing rentals in the city of Detroit, and also a few other SFRs east and west of the city with more inventory coming within the month.

@Bryan Kunka, Our company has inventory in areas such as University/Bagley/Martin Park. I agree with @Jon W. when it comes to Detroit, it definitely has very nice pockets, but you have to evaluate block by block. The city is definitely on the rise

@Robert Syfert, I noticed you expressed specializing in turnkey. Would your buyers be interested in already performing rentals in the city of Detroit?
