@Rohan J. On multiunits it depends. I usually only deal with Single family properties at the moment. I have some in each of the markets you listed: MO, OH, IN. I will phase off into commercial and mf soon though.

@Mark S. , WHat area have you been looking for turnkey in?

@Lynnie M. I would consider purchasing multiple properties at good deals and keep some cash flowing. Of course that would be under the circumstance that you have someone in the markets you are interested in that you trust to manage them. 

If not that, I would purchase some PNs (perfoming notes), Turnkey and cash flowing already.
