@Petur Karlsson I have used the BP Lease agreements and documents on a few of our rentals and never had any issues.  I would say they are pretty thorough and I believe they are written by attorneys. However, we did have our attorney review and added a few clauses for better protection (personal preference).  Overall, I would say you should be good to go using the BP documents. I think it is a nice perk with the membership, especially for someone just starting out and not knowing where to get a lease.

I’ll second what @Zach Davis said. This is how I purchased my last few buy and hold properties. As long as you know your market and the numbers you need to make the deal work it shouldn’t be an issue. Just make sure when you get the deal under contract you have inspection contingencies to give you an out or chance to renegotiate incase something major comes up when you do walk the property.

@Joo Yoon I have used Infinite Edge Painting  on some rentals and they were very reasonable and did great work.

@Justin Brown are you still meeting Thursday? I am a relative new investor looking for some buy and hold in the area and would like to attend if you are still having it.
