My partner and I recently picked up 3 lots in the Kansas City area, 64111. I was looking to see if anyone had recommendations for good spec home builders in the area (ideally with designs ready to go)?

We are still trying to lock down the land usability regarding size, but they will most likely be single family homes (maybe duplexes if we can get the city to approve).
