Hi,

I know this is a stretch but I'm reaching out. I'm looking to partner with someone experienced to purchase a multi unit apartment complex. Most likely in CT just so We can meet face to face and discuss options. I've been searching for deals and analyzing every deal possible. Some have worked out very nice on paper. The main thing I'm lacking is the huge down payment. That's the reason why I'd like to partner with someone. If anyone is interested and in my same predicament. Please pm me so we can make this work. 50% profit is better than 0% profit.

Thank you!

Tony Velez

what's the best way to find owner contact information? I've used the assessor website to get names and addresses. But cannot get any phone numbers. Should I send them a letter?

Thank you for the responses. I have a property the realtor says the home owner is willing to owner finance. But I'd love to speak to the owner of the property myself. Will the realtor feel threatened?

@Rebecca Pokorski I'm in North Haven. I'm actually looking anywhere in the state. I travel all over for work  as long as the numbers make sense I'm all in. I've been focusing on multi families.
