I have a good amount of money saved. I do have time to evaluate deals and perform due diligence. I have skills in Hvac and General maintence. But I don't have 200k for a down payment on what I'd like to get into. I'd like to partner with someone who is more savy in commercial apartment buildings and possibly go half on down payment. Then maybe learn a few things and make money at the same time. 

@Dinesh T. if u need Hvac work contact me. Also I'm looking for my first deal as well.
