@Jordan Moorhead ok thanks I appreciate it. also I wanted to ask since your an agent and I'm currently pursing my real estate license do you recommend creating an LLC and separate business bank account to separate personal and commission money for tax purposes??

@Alina Trigub how much did u have to put up as an equity partner? and are dividends paid out in deals like that or do you get your investment back when the property is sold?
