@Nathan GesnerThanks Nathan, yeah that's what I did as well and for the life of me I can't locate it.

I will keep trying and share it. Thanks, Troy

I was recently reading a very informative blog on taxes that was quite lengthy,

but very informative. The author spoke about depreciation, bonus depreciation,

along with a host of other tax subjects. She mentions Amanda Han and Keystone,

but I don't think she's affiliated with Keystone. If anyone knows this article i'm

referring to, I would love to get my hands on it. Tax season is coming soon. If it's helpful

the woman's picture is on the front of the artice and she's wearing glasses.

Nicholas, Hope you're doing well. I think you would have to get you're construction company back
up and running. Once you get that going you can keep you're eye out for a great deal. With your back ground
you have some great options with a brrrr or flix and flip. Once you find the deal and LP sounds like a decent option.
Best of luck to you.

I really appreciate all the feedback, it seems as if LVP is a clean sweep, pun intended.

Thanks for the input, it was recommended by my PM as a cheaper alternative,
but I think that I'll go the LVP route. Thanks!!!!!!

Get your mind off the drink, I'm talking carpet here. I'm deciding between what type of carpet to put in the bedrooms of a duplex located in
Columbus Ohio 43205 to be exact. I'm learning towards 18oz of the finest polyester carpet. I've also been told it would be best to go with 29oz carpet which cost a bit more. This is my first rental property so I'm open to suggestions.  Thanks!!!!!
