@Brenden Mitchum No I was referring to parking garages for the public to use, that are robotic, whereby they are stacked and make use of a smaller footprint, but for more cars. As for self driving vehicles, they would still be privately owned, and need to be parked someplace wouldn't they?

@Jonathan Prophet look in Events forum, and local forums. Set your keyword alerts for L.A., LA, Los Angeles, LA meetup, etc. Its a huge area and lots of BP members there. If you dont find one, start one. It's easy, just be consistent same day/week, time, etc. Good luck. Have fun.

Are there any investors that are into investing in the development of robotic parking garages?

We have a meetup in Redding, and I post on Events.  We're just getting going, but the last meetup we had about 17 people, in various niches. Meetups are great for people making connections, getting their haves/wants out there, etc. Please come! I will be posting on Events forum, and also emailing members. Be sure to set up your keyword alerts for Redding, Redding Meetup , Redding Shasta County Meetup and you'll get a notificaiton. @Dan Arteritano (Also, the road isn't that windy anymore)

@David DuCille biggerpockets can't police your private messages, nor do I think you want them to.

We have rules that we ask members to adhere to, and one is spamming. However; you can easily delete any unsolicited messages, or respond asking them to stop sending. If they won't, let us know.

@Maurice Smith Everyone has already had it, and just didn't realize that's what it was I think! Everyone around me has been sick with fever, cough, and lasts about 2 weeks. It costs like 3500 to test for it, so I doubt people even know. Much ado about nothing I think.

@Caroline Widjaja the obvious answer is talk to your friend. If he's capable of raising that kind of capital, what you need is easy. He can tell you what steps to take, etc. He may even have people that do smaller loans. People that know you are the easiest to get help from. Good luck.
